Daena Leffler

Ms. Leffler was born and raised in Stockton, California. She grew up in a large family with five siblings, all boys. Teaching and learning has always been a strong passions of hers. Coming from a family of educators, Ms. Leffler knew early on that a career in education was in her future. What she loves most about teaching is having the opportunity every day to inspire and motivate her students to achieve academic and personal greatness!

Sports were always an integral part of Ms. Leffler’s active childhood. After high school she attended college in Portland, Oregon with a scholarship to play soccer. Ms. Leffler earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Stanislaus. She continued her education to pursue a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the Teachers College of San Joaquin.

This is Ms. Leffler's third year with TEAM Charter School.  Prior to joining the faculty at TEAM Charter, Ms. Leffler worked as a Substitute Teacher in a variety of grade levels and as a teacher for the Sylvan Learning Center of Stockton. When she is not in the classroom, Ms. Leffler loves traveling, listening to live music, attending sporting events and spending time with her family.
